Move —> Meditate


Many students tell me that they are unable to sit still and meditate…in yoga it is said “as above, so below” that is; as the mind, so is the body / as the body, so is the mind.

This 4-week series will address both! Movement before meditation can really help. We will explore how breathing and simple postures can help to loosen up the body, so the mind softens and loosens for and non-of-practice meditation. All levels are welcome, including beginning meditators!
