Kundalini Yoga (4-Week Series)

The Yoga Sutras states that « A yogi is one who has energy in the spine » 

This energy that moves in the spine is known as The Kundalini, and this series is designed to help you feel and access this energy through movement, breath, and vibration! 

The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness. Kundalini yoga uses drishti (eye focus), mudras (hand positions), asanas (postures) and chants, combining all of these together, helps to increase physical healing and emotional piece. Each class will include tuning in, warm-ups, pranayama (breath techniques), Kriya (set of exercises), deep relaxation and meditation. Enjoy a live sound bath with beautiful gongs. Regardless of body ability or flexibility, this class is for you.
