In this workshop :
We will get high on our own natural supply of feel good hormones in the mind and body with different breath and (laughter) exercises, asanas, and mantras.
By elevating our levels of endorphins, oxytocin, serotonin, and dopamine, we enter our parasympathetic nervous system, which helps us to connect more deeply with ease, ourselves, and others.
Sim Darwick Birnbaum has been practicing for 20+ years and is formally trained in kundalini, laughter yoga, Kripalu inspired hatha, as well as Buddhist meditation.
Sim has worked and taught in places such as the Omega institute and Blue Spirit retreat center in Costa Rica. He inspires play, vitality, and humor towards lifes “gifts and curses”.
