This workshop is for you if you are dealing with high levels of stress and are looking for sustainable solutions to navigate yourself back into ease and inner calm.
You will gain a deeper understanding of how your nervous system works and what can push you into dysregulation or bring you back into regulation. We will look at where many chronic symptoms come from and what you can do to support your healing journey or simply practice conscious prevention.
In addition, you will be able to enjoy an hour of restorative practice, including meditation, breathwork, and plenty of time to reconnect with your soul. I look forward to having your energy in the room.
