SUP + Yoga Teacher Certification (Level I)

Taught by instructors: Adrienne White and Luke Andresen. This 2-day 25 hour SUP + Yoga Teacher Certification course includes:

  • SUP skills, paddle technique including stroke and maneuvering , board anatomy and handling, entry and exit techniques and caring for your board.

  • Instructing a beginner lesson.

  • Water safety, regulations and local regulations, rescue and lifesaving skills.

  • Adapting and sequencing three different yoga classes. All equipment provided.
