SUP skills, paddle technique including stroke and maneuvering , board anatomy and handling, entry and exit techniques and caring for your board.
Instructing a beginner lesson.
Water safety, regulations and local regulations, rescue and lifesaving skills.
Adapting and sequencing three different yoga classes. All equipment provided.
