Dave has an absolutely amazing and inspiring story. When we began working with him in the Fall of 2017 Dave was over 400lbs and had been wheelchair bound for five years. Once he got into the swing of things, and began an experimental fasting protocol, he was unstoppable. He lost over 100lbs in SIX MONTHS!!! Not only that; he was completely mobile. After 9 surgeries to his knees and hips (many of which caused infections and were botched) this man with no kneecaps was able to not only walk but lift some HEAVY weights like he was 20 years younger!
